2 Day Cairo by plane
Experience all that magnificent Cairo has to offer with the expert knowledge and experience of our qualified Egyptologists.
Day one sees us take in the breathtaking Pyramids of Giza, last surviving Wonder of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Sphinx and Valley Temple.
Start day two with a visit to the Egyptian Museum and marvel at the legendary treasures of Tutankhamun, ancient artefacts and other masterpieces from the Land of the Pharaohs.
Next, we view a live presentation of ancient techniques on the making of Papyrus, perfume and jewellery. After lunch we'll visit the Citadel followed by an unforgettable walk through the sounds, sights and smells of the Khan El Khalili bazaar, before we begin our return journey.
1 Day Cairo by plane
Take in the wonders of Cairo on this full day excursion.
Firstly we visit the Egyptian Museum and marvel at the legendary treasures of Tutankhamun, ancient artefacts dating back to the very origins of a united Egypt in 3100 BC, and other masterpieces from the Land of the Pharaohs. Next we'll take a guided tour inside the Pyramids area including the Great Pyramids of Cheops and Chepran.
After lunch which is served in a local restaurant overlooking the Pyramids, we visit an art craft factory, and receive a guided tour of the Citadel followed by an unforgettable walk through the sounds, sights and smells of the Khan El Khalili bazaar, before we begin our return journey.
Half Day East Bank
See what Luxor has to offer on this fantastic tour of the East Bank of the Nile. Visit the impressive Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in the world and the Temple of Luxor, located in the centre of town. Constructed by Ramses II, the Temple of Luxor with its magnificent colonnaded courts is a spectacular sight to behold. We end the trip by taking a walking tour of the colourful local market - here you can take in the sights, sounds and smells to gain a real insight into the true ambiance of Luxor.
Half Day West Bank
Soak up the delights of Luxor on this awe-inspiring tour of West Bank of the Nile. we start the tour with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, containing tombs of the Pharaohs - including Ramses the Great - and site of the discovery of Tutankhamun's treasures, untouched for over 3,000 years, by British Egyptologist Howard Carter in 1922.
Following this is a visit to the Valley of the Queens and the temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an astonishing terraced temple partly embedded in the rock face of Deir el Bahri. We end our trip with a brief photo stop at The Colossi of Memnon.
Sound and light show at Karnak Temple
A breathtaking show located in one of the most awe-inspiring places on earth, the Temple of Karnak. This insightful show tells the magnificent story of Karnak through lyric, light and sound.
The show starts with a historical introduction to Karnak including the erection of the Karnak Temple. Other highlights of the show include a poetic description of the artistic treasures and great legacy which the Karnak Temple encloses plus a mystical narration of the Pharoah's lives and achievements.
Half day Dendara by road
One of the many fascinating towns located in and around Luxor, Dendara is awash with historical interest. Located approximately 60km north of Luxor, on the West Bank of the Nile, Dendara is home to the Greco-Roman Temple of Hathor. On this tour we will explore the spectacular Temple of Hathor with its astronomical ceiling and rooftop sanctuaries offering a unique insight into solar rituals.
Full day Dendara by cruise
Board a Nile cruise and sail to the town of Dendara, located approximately 60km north of Luxor. Here we will visit the Greco-Roman Temple of Hathor, whose Hypostyle Hall houses the famous astronomical ceiling. As well as taking in the historical delights of Dendara, we shall enjoy an open buffet lunch served on board our Nile cruise boat, and afternoon tea, served on the sail back to Luxor.
Full day Abydos & Dendara
Explore some of the most historical cities surrounding Luxor with this fascinating tour of Abydos & Dendara. Our trip will start at Abydos, an Ancient Egyptian pilgrimage site, cult centre of the god Osiris. Its superbly carved Temple of Seti I houses some of the best preserved reliefs among the ruins of Abydos, while the walls of the Temple of Ramses II record the battle of Qadesh. After taking in the temples of Abydos you will be driven to Dendara to explore the Temple of Hathor.
Full day East & West Bank
Take in the best of Luxor in just one day with our full day combination tour of the East & West Bank. Half Day Luxor Museum
This is a must for all visitors to Luxor. Established in 1975, the Luxor Museum contains a collection of high quality Pharaonic relics excavated in Luxor and nearby areas. This spectacular display is all housed in a modern building and makes an ideal escape from the hot morning sun in Luxor.
Felucca Trip
Feluccas offer an unforgettable, uniquely Egyptian experience. Departing from the East Bank we sail to Banana Island for a half hour stay, before sailing to the West Bank for a camel ride and hot oriental drinks.
Balloon Ride
Transfer to the West Bank by motor boat before boarding the hot air balloon for an unforgettable trip over Luxor.
From the air experience fantastic views of the Nile, admire the temples of the West & East bank (depending on wind speed and direcion) and enjoy the beautiful scenery from a vantage point like no other.
Full Day Aswan Highlights
The city of Aswan is a cultural gem with a decidedly African flavour. Our day starts with a trip to see the High Dam followed by the Unfinished Obelisk. Then we will be taken by boat to the Island of Philae - here you can take in the magnificent Temple of Isis and bask in the beauty of this stunning Island.
Full Day Edfu, Kom Ombo & Aswan
The trip starts off in Edfu, which boasts the best preserved cult temple in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. The next stop on the trip is the town of Kom Ombo, associated with the Ptolemaic Temple of Haroeris and Sobek. We will then be driven to Aswan to see the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk, followed by a boat ride to the beautiful Island of Philae and its Temple of Isis.
